I made these,
Vegan Banana muffins. Only I made them gluten free. I used Bob's Red Mill all purpose flour (1:1), plus 1.25 tsp of El Peto Xantham Gum, which I love saying, by the way, Xantham Gum. I also added an extra banana because it was awefuly dry. Two batches made 2.5doz muffins
