I have just over 2L of milk of questionable freshness. Does anyone have any favourite recipes for sour milk that I should try?

I've put some chocolate cake into the oven.  Instead of the 1 cup milk and 1/2 cup sour cream, I used 1/25 cups whipping cream and topped it up with table cream (18%).  The batter is thick and nommy... I can't wait to find out how it comes out.

I'm going to make Haystacks, Lemon tarts, Carres Divins, and oatmeal cookies.  Oh and something special for my special gaynip.

I've made a batch of " Amish Friendship Bread" today for gaming.  I make no claims to the actual Amish-ness of it.  As a matter of fact, I'm pretty sure it isn't Amish at all.

However, this does mean that I have three starters for anyone interested.

I'm baking up a storm today.  We're having a bake sale at work tomorrow.  I am wondering if I'm making enough?  I wonder if I'm going to get it all done in time...

1. make Haystacks x 3
done - but note to self, 2 batches of haystacks make 100 cookies of a respectible size.

2. Chocolate cupcakes x 2
done - 2 dozen cupcakes from one cake batch.
