I just got back from my 9:30 game.  Won against a good team (coached by Dan no less) 2-0!!   It was a semifinal playoff game, and the championship game is this Sunday at noon.  And.....the forecast says 101 F.

We will probably have 8 tops who will show.  11 is what you need on the field at a time in soccer.

Man, thanks to last Saturday's rain, our first game of the season got cancelled. And since Easter is this coming Sunday, we're off and that makes 2 more weeks of being a couch potato.  Unless of course I make the effort to go running on hard pavement.  Not what I want to be doing really.  T_T  But I'll do it b/c 1) it's good for me  2) I can't play ( Read more... )
