Got Writing Fellows (!), got job at Hidden Valley, finished up that terrible week in one piece. Things are looking up even though my spanish project is consuming my life. Grimaldi's tomorrow with Jay, Dave, Melissa, and Arnold. My favorite place! Pray that it doesn't rain, cause it's supposed to.

This year went by way too fast.

Just got back from Interpretation of Culture with Paige West--pray for me! Pray that I will not be kicked out of this class! It's way over-enrolled, and it's fantastic. It involves ethnography, which is right up my alley. Also, Paige West is basically the shit ( Read more... )

1) I am SO GLAD I'm going back to New York tomorrow.

Oh yeah. I went to CA yesterday. I went to have dinner with Tania, but I ended up stopping by Steve and David's offices to say hi, and I ran into a bunch of people that I like, among them Khalif, Kiefer, Anna, Makeba, Lucas, Jack, Nora, Cathy, etc. I enjoyed brief conversations with said people and others.
