Paige West!
Just got back from Interpretation of Culture with Paige West--pray for me! Pray that I will not be kicked out of this class! It's way over-enrolled, and it's fantastic. It involves ethnography, which is right up my alley. Also, Paige West is basically the shit.
It is so good to be back in the city, at school, and in the dorm. The night I got back, not many people were here yet, but Anisha, Georgia, Kat, and I went to That Margarita Place Near NYU. Fun. Yesterday I had grand plans to go threading and then shopping, but I ended up just returning a poorly chosen christmas gift. I got a nice black dress with gold beading on the front in return. So a good day! Still have to get threaded. I have spanish at 4:10 today, then Italian at 6:10, but nothing until then. I could go to East Harlem right now and go to the Indian salon there, but I'm a little lazy. I think I'll do the anthro reading. Or go to Labyrinth. Or something.
