Holiday by proxy...
While I've been at home looking after my mother, my brother and sister and their families have been enjoying a holiday on Lake Baringo, and sending quite a few photos back by way of involving us. Here are a few.
First, this is not what you want to discover when you're driving down a road like this...
It seems the rough road was rough enough that the vibration shook the nuts loose. They recovered two nuts and the wheel, but one of the studs is knackered, and the vehicle has now gone to be checked over for unseen damage, too...

One of the smaller islands in the lake, which is even smaller than usual because the lake is much higher than usual. And fishing from a point hopefully out of reach of crocodiles...
