Do you have to ask your guests at check-in why they are there?

I've had some people get hostile with me about this.  (NUNYA BIZNASS FOOL... Y U WANNA KNOW NEWAYZ?) Teenagers always speak to me in poorly spelled caps. 

Do any of your hotels out there have an official hotel pet?

Would your management even allow such a thing?

The nesting martins in our Port-Cochere made me start wondering....
