P.S. they finally arrive at 2am, 3 hours after they called. Note to people, DONT let your company book your trip for you, usually they dont know what the fuck they're doing.

So, the set this up, there are a total of nine elevators in my hotel's lobby. Two go from the lowest level of our parkin' garage, to the lobby, and then to the fourth & sixth (banquet) floors. Ever had some body get mad at you because your hotel doesn't show up in the GPS? My property is less than a year old, so this is a common problem for us. This mo#$&%@&*%er was under the impression that his Diamond status would get him better GPS service. "Well it sure would be nice if you fixed that for Diamond members."
