1. Wrapping paper or gift bags? It really depends on the size of the gift but I like bags because they are reusable while the paper ends up being thrown away...unless you're really careful when you open a gift but that sucks the fun out of it, in my opinion.

While in the past I would have answered either Mexican or Italian, I'm going to have to answer Chinese. Mexican food tends to be pretty cheesy or fried. Italian food is much healthier, especially if you go with lighter pastas, but there are only so many ways to eat pasta. Plus, it's pretty boring without cheese.
