So because I had ultimate yesterday I left my pan at work with the intent of bringing it home today. Someone very nicely (I don't know who) cleaned it for me! And someone else brought in doughnuts today :) Stuff like this makes me happy, probably more happy than it should, but :)

saw dentist today. Now I'm supposed to do some stuff which hurts like hell, and apparently if it doesn't hurt like hell I'm not doing it right. Also while I'm back in Ottawa getting vision checked, seeing a dietitian (to avoid ze scurvy again) and my GP. Make the most of OHIP + my parents insurance while I still can :)

Food is awesome. On sunday I went to the MKV BBQ and was reminded how awesome BBQd meat tastes [for next week I'm definitely going to have to plan in advance so I can marinate some steaks before hand]....
