In Guangdong, a two year old girl was stuck down and pulled under a van, which then ran over her legs as it kept going. A count of 18 pedestrians passed her by without offering assistance, and over the course of 7 minutes, she was ran over again, before a scavenger woman picked her up off the road and went looking for the mother. Thank goodness for good neighbours!

Joseph Troisi, 53, attempted to pull a 12-year-old girl into his Cadillac on Wednesday, 4:40 p.m.

Fortunately several neighbours came to the rescue while she was struggling, and locked Troisi inside his own car until the police could arrest him.
