Thank goodness for good neighbours!

Joseph Troisi, 53, attempted to pull a 12-year-old girl into his Cadillac on Wednesday, 4:40 p.m.

Fortunately several neighbours came to the rescue while she was struggling, and locked Troisi inside his own car until the police could arrest him.
