before i go for my operation, i was weighing 67.2kg. on 11 mar when i weigh, i was 66.4kg. that makes me ponder those fibroids weigh almost 1kg?! nevertheless, i am glad those unnecessary fat tissues are out of my body. today i weigh, i am 66.1 kg.

now i must make sure my internal wounds recover.

after taken off 8 to 9 kg off in 3 months, my body fat still measuring in the range of 32% and it refused to drop further.

i started with my minimum carbohydrates eating plan yesterday, so far so good. I hope to bring down my body fat count to below 30% without losing my muscle mass.
