I want/need to go to bed... yet I feel compelled to vent :P

This week summer has finally arrived... yet I have a daycare parent that seems convinced that summer is never to be?!?!
This week it has been at least 20 degrees celcius by 8am. Yet, I have had this 3 year old boy arrive each day (close to 8:30am), wearing long pants, with navey socks and runner, a t-shirt covered by a long sleeve t-shirt, and some days sporting a thick sweater!!!!! Are these people INSANE?!?!?! The boy has a change of clothes here... winter clothes. I have asked for shorts, but mom says that she is dressing him that way because my house is cold?!?! I set the temperature at 23 degrees celcius during the day!!!! NOT COLD!!!!! I am at wit's end... summer has arrived (at least for a couple of days)... yet they think it is still WINTER!!!! UGH!!!!!
