So I am pathetic.

I have bought reinforced knickers that reach from mid thigh to directly below my bust and sorts out the flabby innertube my stomach seems to wish to inflate! The dress looks great but I have no idea how I am going to be able to use the loo!

On Thursday I have my first official task in my new job. It is still two weeks before I start but on Thursday there is an annual black tie charity dinner that is sponsored by my new company - clearly this is a fantastic opportunity for them to introduce the new UK Sales Manager, so I am invited.

I've just had an email from my new employers - they received the contract, which is good, and they also sent me details of a candidate for a vacancy on my team. Quite sensibly, the candidate has expressed a wish to meet his manager before accepting.
