Classes are over! Huzzah! I only have 2 exams, and one assignment that's worth.... some small amount that I can do in order to boost my already decent Beatles class grade. I'm both optimistic and worried about my grades! Woo mixed feelings!

Christmas has come and gone. I got a nice jacket and a fleece jacket, also nice haha. Christmas Eve we had dinner with 6 other people, when I'm used to there being at most 5 of us total... it was an interesting experience. I'm over my grassy knoll of midterms! It isn't quite a midterm mountain because it was just 3, 3/4 classes but still. They were all between yesterday and today. I've come to the realization that 85% of my course work is reading. I have to read for GRS 100, and WRIT 309 as the main component of the class. GRS 200 is supposedly like this as well, but I only just got the text book so I haven't been too aware of such. I'm all done my first half week!

Japanese is going well, I need to find my box for flash cards so that I can get my hiragana, katakana and kanji down over the semester-- but so far I've learned how to introduce myself and a couple of greetings :) My class is a hodgepodge of different years, so I don't feel too old haha.
