Little Three just brought me an apple through from the kitchen ready for when I finish my meal.

"Wow, thank you L3, you must have read my mind!"

Little Three smiled smugly and said:

"I'm learning how to have eyes in the back of my head, and how to be psychic!"

Well done that small girl. Those skills will serve you well in future years!

Me: "Where on earth has that Yorkshire accent come from?
Little Three, from the blanket she had wrapped herself up in on the floor: "Yorkshire!"

Cue the rest of us bursting into silly giggles!

Norma Woods, a cleaner, had come in for hair straighteners but they didn't have any so she bought two irons instead for £3.98 each. "I reckon I have saved a pound," she said.
