I had to giggle earlier, walking through one of the exits at school after collecting my children.
Outside the Reception area, there is a small table where I think children sometimes work alone or on a one to one basis. On the table is a standing whiteboard, on which are often words, examples of sentences or sometimes things written by children.
Today there was a sentence which had obviously been written there for a child to copy:
"I am sorry for being very very very rude and unkind".
Those three instances of 'very' speak volumes, I feel!
I can't help but wonder just what the child did that constitutes as not just rude, not just very rude, but very, very, very rude. And unkind!
