I was sure that I'd posted here about making jostaberry jam, but I've just looked back through my entries and it seems that I haven't. Oops!

So... The jostaberries that finally bore a few fruits last year came up trumps a few weeks ago. I haven't made jam for about 20 years, but this year there were too many just to eat as pies and crumbles, so ( Read more... )

This is the third of these skull scarves I have crocheted. The first one (pink) was for me, the second (blue) was for a friend and now this is also for me.

I wear my pink one a lot and this colour will go with different outfits.

I mentioned the shopping trip to Llandudno a few days ago but hadn't got around to processing the photos. As it's grey, overcast and drizzly today, it was nice to look at the brilliant sun and blue skies of such a short time ago. Here is the view from where I sat to eat my lunch.
