Martin is taking a walk through the park today, just aimlessly strolling along. He's passing the vicinity of the bees nest, too. Only he doesn't like bees much, he's had a bad run in with bees before, so when some start buzzing around him, he rather frantically swats at them, missing but seemingly enraging them none the less. Which just makes him more nervous, leading to more swatting.
It's a bit of a vicious circle.
"Go away!" He shouts, though he knows the bees can't understand him.
Oh, that's not good. Having a single bee after you is one thing, but this man could anger the whole swarm. Cas thought the man was being rather stupid, and for a split second wondered if he should leave him to his fate, but no the bees didn't deserve this much stress.
"Stop! They don't know any better." He spoke as he teleported closer to Martin, grabbing hold of his arms and holding them down to stop him from swatting, and then teleported again with him to a few yards away, far enough away from the bees to allow them space to settle down again.
[[Please let me know if him doing this is over-stepping! If not, Martin might feel a little strange and may have some, er... bathroom related problems for a few days (be 'bound up'). It's canon for it to feel uncomfortable to humans, but definitely better than multiple bee stings?]]
[Oh, he'll get over it, physically possibly more easily than mentally. He's never met an angel. Or been teleported, which might make him - as a pilot - feel even more useless than he already does in the village. Poor guy. LOL]
Martin hears someone shout, but is too caught up in his trouble to realise it's aimed at him. And then something very weird happens in a very brief moment. Or at least it feels that way.
He groans a little at the experience, then tries to struggle out of this stranger's grip. Where did he show up from so suddenly? And what happened to the bees? The buzzing seems to have stopped.
Looking around in confusion, he considers shouting for help, but decides not to just yet. "What ... what do you think you're doing?" He asks as he frees himself and turns on the spot, confused. His puzzlement shows openly on his face.
"Making sure no one gets hurt." He lets go of the man once he tries to get free.
"You shouldn't do that to them. Bee populations are at an all-time low." He said as he pointed over toward the nest. Well, maybe not here in the village.
Anna had noticed a change, but she hadn't said anything yet because she knew Castiel was dealing with the news. She took her own frustrations out productively in the park practicing with a human sword as she had no real access her an angel one. She had a templar sword which she thought was a little ironic.
When she finished, she went to grab her water and noticed there seemed to be a second sword. Weird, she noted, but the village was like that sometimes.
Anna was on her way back to the room with two swords when she saw Castiel. It only took her a minute to react.
"Heads up." Castiel had the butt of a sword tossed in his direction.
Castiel obviously caught it, or he would be a sad excuse for an angel. He did look a little surprised though, blinking as he wondered what Anna was doing in the park with two swords.
Well, he did need it, though she wasn't quite the sparring partner he was looking for. Not that he would ask Balthazar. Maybe Aaron...
He smiled wryly and shrugged. Fighting was fighting, though he would likely go easy on her in her human state.
"I promise to behave myself." Anna had taken to practicing about a year ago. She might be human but she remembered being a warrior angel and like Castiel, Anna occasionally felt the need to use her skills. She was, of course, not as fast or strong as she was in her original state.
To comply with Castiel's wishes, Anna took a few steps away from where the bees were mostly gathered. She raised the sword in a defensive stance. These swords were perhaps less maneuverable than an angel sword, but Anna liked the challenge of it.
He was sure she was good at it; Cas had no doubt of her skill. Besides, she had an advantage because she was more used to such a sword anyway. He felt it in his hand, the weight obviously different than his own angel blade, but the balance of it was nice.
He stepped closer to her, away from the bees, then went to take a swing, slow first to see how it felt.
"For totally going all the way, finally. And mostly by yourself, too. Makes a goddess proud, really." She put a hand to her chest to indicate dramatic feelings on the situation.

"Just don't frighten the bees." He pointed out.

Her voice came first and then Aphrodite appeared in a shimmer of golden sparkles, hands on hips and bare-foot.

Cas' brows furrowed and he turned on the spot toward her.
"What are you talking about?"
