I'm so very sorry that it's taken so long to update y'all. So I managed to get to 8 cm and then my contractions started to slow down. I got an epidural that kept not working. After 6 hours at 8 cm, my doctor decided to do a c-section. So after 24 hours of labor I ended up having that.

So the doctor decided to go ahead and induce me starting last night. I got to the hospital at around 7 pm and at about 10 they gave me Cervidil to ripen my cervix. I was already 1 centimeter dialated. At about 3:30am I was awken with crampy contractions about every 2 minutes. Then twelve hours after the started that, I was still only 1 cm. Well hello everyone! Things are going rather well now. My blood pressure has sort of stabilized and Harley is looking good. My blood pressure is pretty steady at 155/85, and there's been no change in my protein so they're just keeping an eye on me. Sorry it took so long to get an update up. This weekend was a little bit hectic and it doesn't look like it'll be slowing down over the next few days. My appointment on thursday was a bit odd. They checked my blood pressure and it was 175/110 *gasp* So they sent me right over to the Hospital, which is literally across the street from my doctor. The ( Read more... )
