1. My group in Ethics was suppose to present May 28. However, we found out May 26 that the BBC documentary was based on falsified evidence. Gah. So I suck at saying "no" to sales clerk or even if I do need help and someone asks if they can help me, I say "no."  I was proud that last weekend I asked someone at Zara for help finding white slacks/pants because the store was separated by brands/fashion lines rather than sweaters - pants - blouses - jackets, etc.  (That makes more sense to me ( Read more... )

Small, outdated except for the recent big NYT best-sellers, and not very esoteric, but I bought a lot of books that weren't usually my type, but for one (a reread).

However, I have a lot of borrowed e-books expiring in a few days, including a 330-page nonfiction book. Sometimes reading on a screen hurts me eyes!
