We Won! I'm so ridiculously happy! At our regatta at Tufts today, the varsity women's four, stroked by yours truly, kicked so much ass. S broke up with me because he's too busy...I had to tell him about the cheating as a spiteful retort afterward. Seriously, this would be the ridiculously stupid soap opreatic turn my life would take. Ugh, I wasn't even emotionally invested with him, so it's the principal of it that pisses me off now.

Sometimes I wonder if the universe just really doesn't want me to be happy. Or whether the curse of buying yourself a claddagh ring is actually true and enacting itself upon me in harsh and profound ways. The crew team loaded all of the boats we're taking to Georgia onto the trailer this morning!  Week three of Jterm is almost complete and it's been a pretty wild ride thus far. Not in the ways that it has been in the past though. This year, I've yet to go 48 hours without having a drink (it's not alcoholism until you're out of college) and that's led to some fantastic evenings being so completely relaxed with my wonderful group of friends.
