I just got a 1TB external drive, and finally got around to drilling holes in my bookshelf/desk for wiring, and am about halfway done with painting our garage. I also went on a two-hour bike ride and a two-hour cross-country horse ride today so my backside is sore. For some reason I can't sleep at all. When I try I just wake up a few minutes later, like I was nodding at the wheel and was jerked awake. It's frustrating. I try to wear myself out, but that doesn't help. I don't want to take medications. That's not something I want to get into. Maybe if I take a shower I can get to sleep.
