So um... I have yet to break 40k.. I should hit at least 41k tonight if everything goes to plan, and I'm really hoping that it does.  I'm sitting at 38906 right now.  I'm about to pop in my play list and see how much I can get in the amount of time it runs... I would just like to announce that I, Jeni, have written 3883 words today, which gives me a total word count of 10,096 words.

Coffee and Chibi Robo are mine!

But now I must crash...my bed is calling me!

So I'm still really far behind.

There are 2 things I'm not letting myself do until I get caught up to quota to 10,000 words (I might not get caught up until really late in the month, and I need treats).

1) I cannot open, or play the DS game Jessica gave me.

It's official.  I'm going to attempt NaNo for the 4th year in a row.  I just paid for my Alphasmart!  Hopefully it'll get here before Wednesday!  After looking at the Neo, I decided to go with the AlphaSmart 3000 model.  From what I've read, the 3000 is great if it's your first, and it's remarkably more affordable than the Neo.  I mean, I paid $50 ( Read more... )

I am finally caught up with my daily word goal! After writing 2-3000 words each day for the past 3 days, I have finally gotten myself caught up. As a result of all of this marathon writing, my novel has gotten so much more interesting, oh yes. I can't say too much or else I'll ruin it for anyone planning on reading it.
