I went to see this last night. Will Smith did an interesting portrayal of someone dealing with depression, and the title of the movie is literal if you understand the reference. I have had a NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) weather radio  for a number of years, mostly to keep track of tornado warnings (and other severe weather).
