I'm needing to get off score on a few songs for a masterclass. In the past, I would have made a tape of myself playing the accompaniment for me to then sing along with. So I've been mulling over starting to do yoga for some time now. A number of friends, both virtual and meat-life, have recommended it as a way of bringing balance (read: an ability to relax) into one's life.
