So I've been mulling over starting to do yoga for some time now. A number of friends, both virtual and meat-life, have recommended it as a way of bringing balance (read: an ability to relax) into one's life. I think the tipping point for me was on Saturday, when I got a massage from
Lee and he pointed out how inflexible I am in certain body areas. Anyway, I'm doing Yoga Tree's "Yoga 101" workshop this weekend. I'm hoping this will have sympathetic resonance with my taking voice lessons -- that the intended relaxation of both adventures will combine to make something beautiful, such as a less tightly-wound me.
And if you don't like my bad puns, it's your own fault for being nerdy enough to understand them.
