Some time back I mentioned doing an entry about the new Fall TV season. And I haven't gotten to it. Partly, this has been due to my watching so many shows, that each time I think I'm about ready to write it up, I realize I've got five or six episodes to watch, and it's far easier to just watch TV than to write about it. We're nearly a week removed from Dragon*Con. (short pause while I sob like a baby. A hungry, angry baby) Six years in, and it's still just as magical a time as that first time. So much fun was had, many pictures were taken, and hopefully I'll remember half of what went on so that this entry is at least mildly interesting.

The first part of our three-part journey is complete. Got started a bit later than I'd hoped, but not by much, which was good. Only one network gave a presentation today, and that was ABC. They had a few holes to fill, what with Lost coming to an end in less than a week (Nooooooooooooooooooooooo!), and the previously announced cancellations of Ugly Betty, Scrubs, and Flashforward (not a surprise, and not really a disappointment to me either, though I did like the show). In all the excitement of Free Comic Book Day, I forgot to mention that Wiccy and I went to the movies Friday night. When I was a young lad in the late '80s, I went through a phase where I was quite the fan of horror films, and that time was chock full of so-called slasher films.
