I have never once eaten at a Chik-Fil-A (don't care for chicken in the first place) but on the rare occasions I can afford a little something for myself, I shop at Amazon. So I can be in line with my politics without actually changing anything I do. Helpful, that.

Today was low 70s and sunny, in late April. Screw sitting in a hotel all day playing games. For that matter, forget the art & craft show. I honestly can't remember the last time I set foot in a shopping mall. And I'm sure when I did, it was a local mall where the eyeglass shop was open on holidays and thus able to repair my frames on Thanksgiving. I really don't like malls.

On Saturday, Mom and I shopped computers. I checked out the ASUS CM5675-09 that I linked to here the other day, and concluded I wanted it. Got the replacement items from Amazon, this time they're fine. Definitely the Nintendo case that was the culprit though. And UPS finally picked up the damaged package. Hopefully this mini-drama is over now.

Went Christmas shopping with Mom, which is a bit troubling - she couldn't remember what she was getting for whom or where, even with a list and my prodding, and she made me shop at Kohl's (long story but I refuse to shop there) - but I got some clothes, a plant for the office and Season One of Dollhouse out of it.
