( Lots of little things and a couple piccies )

We have finished watching all past eps of 'Glee'. The dropped plot threads and non sequiturs are pretty confusing, and Mom and I agree, Rachel should be strangled. But Matthew Morrison is adorable and the show is so chock-full of energy and wacky one-liners we'll probably keep up with it, at least for now.

Yes, it's true. I saw a movie in a theatre today. We saw 'Tangled'. Bizarrely loud, but cute and amusing. Loved the horse, of course, esp when he did the dog imitation. Then we went to lunch at a Chinese restaurant, naturally, seems the place next to the gym just added sushi. Yum yum time. Then when we go home, we watched 'Horton Hears A Who', ( Read more... )

So we've been watching Glee from the beginning lately. Mom saw the CBS Sunday Morning segment on Matthew Morrison and wanted to see Glee, and she really likes it. And there's one thing about Glee that I really, really can't wrap my head around.

How in the blazes did Glee and Nip/Tuck both come out of the same mind?

Ryan Murphy is scary.

As much as I can, anyway. Managed to escape babysitting Friday, because I had a show Saturday no one wanted me loading the van while stepping over kids at 5am. But didn't sleep well, and got up early for the show. Seems Annapolis has changed quite a bit in the last 6 years or so - it looked nothing like it did the last time I was there.
