I would be interested in buying them but it doesn't seem to be available to me. Can someone tell me if you have to be a member or live on japan only kind of thing? Thank you for any help.

I´m from Germany and I´ve searched for the german version of the Golden Best album everywhere.
It´s not available in my local CD stor which is pretty large and has some japanese bands in their range, it´s not available on the german amazon (only as mp3 album o.O) and I can´t find any information about it online.
