Website with rare dvds for sale?

I don't know if this is anything or not because I don't understand japanese but it seems this person has a lot of the early dvds that were limited distribution. I would be interested in buying them but it doesn't seem to be available to me. Can someone tell me if you have to be a member or live on japan only kind of thing? Thank you for any help.
