I have been social twice this week.  All by myself, not in the "bringing my kids places" way.  This probably seems odd for me, but I have been finding that working retail has made me crave my alone time more often.

Though Thanksgiving is Primarily a Harvest festival,  Thanksgiving always finds me grateful to have the friends and family that I have.   I am grateful for the opportunities we have to socialize and care for those family and friends.

Yesterday I was friended by an old jr.and High School friend on Facebook and then Flickr.   I like it when people friend me out of the blue.  It confuses me sometimes, but I like it all the same.

It is wonderful catching up with her and looking at her and her husband's websites.
