On Sunday, I was really short of breath, even just from walking across the room. I tried taking a shower..BIG mistake. I could hardly breathe at all, and the edges of my vision were kind of going black. The lake at my parents' house melted last week, so yesterday we went kayaking on it for the first time! (We own part of it, but anyone who lives on the lake can use the whole thing.) I think that was the first time successfully kayaking on my own! How freeing haha. It was cool seeing all the birds around the lake, especially the snow geese! Here ( Read more... )

Yesterday I learned that Marjorie, my landlady of almost ten years, had passed away. I just saw her last week and she seemed fine, so it must have been sudden. I was so surprised and sad..she was always so nice and we had good conversations about cats and stuff lol.
