I'm kind of sick of the arcs, thb. I just want fun stories.

I agree, to a point. I like arcs that are subtle, not ones that are thrown in your face at every episode. You know, something for the die-hard fans to speculate about, and something to snag the interest of the casual viewer.

Although that's not to say I don't like the arc-based stories. I loved Series 5 and I'm loving Series 6. I just wouldn't mind a few stories where there's nothing hidden in the background.
