I saw this PSA on The View today, and as a person who also suffers from a mental health disease I wanted to share this all with you. It brought a tear to my eye.

I can't sleep. I've been having rather restless nights for sometime now. Somehow I would attribute it to the fact that I would sleep for several hours in the afternoon. I have come to the conclusion that I am depressed today. I don't know why, just am. I do take an anti-depressant, but lately it hasn't been working. Part of it might be that fact that I'm scrolling through my f-list and so many people are celebrating Pride, and I well, just can't.
