I stayed home from work today for like, the first time, ever. It's something I just don't do. But there was no getting around it today. I had a 101 fever all night and this morning. I feel like ass. This is the weirdest "being sick" ever. I don't really feel all this physically ill.. but upon waking this morning, I barely had a voice at all, as I was afraid of. I tried to talk and nothing really came out. After a few minutes I was able to whisper and I can get out a reasonable volume now, but still not like a normal speaking voice volume.
