Back in the game
Okay, I will be updating more frequently again. I sort of touched on it in my last entry, but I was rushed. I ended up picking up an HP mini at Best Buy. It's actually really cute.

It even came with a case and wireless mouse.
The coolest part? Video chat!
It's so fun to live in the present age of technology with everyone else in the world hahaha
I have never really done a video chat before. It was so weird! It was like hanging out with each other!
Liz (graverobbing) was, of course, my first skype buddy. That pic above was a screen shot from her side of the conversation lol. Brian and I were posing for her hahaha. Nose picking crew!
As for my cake blog... holy crap, I'm having the best time with it. Today, I've had almost 300 hits and it's not even lunch time!!!
I don't know what to do now though. Do I post again right away to keep people's attention? Or do I wait a day or two so that I don't blow it all at once? I have another post ready to go.
I did apply for the food buzz featured blogger thing, but dammit, they turned me down. When it happened, I was really bummed out. Like... really bummed out. I felt stupid because the rules clearly state that the blog must be 30 days old. Well, my blog is over a year old, but I just moved it. Why didn't I just wait 30 days? The worst part is that since I was declined, I have to wait THREE MONTHS to re-apply. Ugh. I could smack myself. Liz knows... I almost cried lol. graverobbing talked me out of crying. Because she rocks like that.
I haven't talked about it much this year, because I've been so busy, but Thanksgiving is coming! QUICKLY! I've had like no time to prepare, I doubt my table scape will be anything as nice as last year... but yeah, we bought a huge turkey last night. Can't wait to make it.
As well all know, fall is my favorite time of year, but I feel like I'm wasting it all away with too much working! I hope I can spend some time enjoying what little fall is left.<3
