First off, the prayer triplet meeting last night got cancelled, at very short notice, due to one of my friend's work commitments/shifts; we've had to postpone until Good Friday, and I hope that nothing more will get in the way. Taking time to appreciate nature on my walk today; it's amazing what I notice when I'm being mindful, watching squirrels bound in front of me, and looking at all the intricate details of some of the plants. The first day of British Summertime is a good day to start doing this, as I get an extra hour of daylight in the evening, and hope to go out ( Read more... )
