Today is the start (again) of Jump Back Up July, and I wonder what small steps I can make to overcome any issues or worries.
This morning, I took a break to do some "desk yoga" while working from home; this involved standing for all of the session, so was different to any yoga I'd done before.
Mum and I walked to a recreation ground today, where I'm thinking of having a lunch stop on a walk with Stag Walkers. I'm hoping it can accomodate a large group of us (I think it should).
Today is also the start of plastic-free July; I wonder what "small step" I can take to help reduce my plastic use.
On Strava, I have:
* Completed Tour de Pact | 111 minutes, Tredz Tour Challenge 2024 and July 5K x Brooks Challenge;
* Logged 2 hours and 46 minutes for Bulldog Skincare's Get Active Challenge;
* Logged 1 hour and 23 minutes for Nuun 300 Summer Hydration Challenge (goal: 5 hours of activity) and the July 400-Minute Challenge;
* Walked 5km for Sure Nonstop 72km Challenge and the July Walk 30K Challenge;
* Logged one of three activities for week 1 of the July Streak Challenge;
* Walked 6,750 steps of 25,000 steps for the July Steps Challenge;
* Logged 1 of 10 days for the July Ten Days Active Challenge;
* Climbed 37m for the July Running Elevation Challenge; and
* Made no progress so far for saving up to 15kg of Carbon for the July Commute Challenge (no commuting today).
