I enjoyed watching Gee play last night; there seemed to be a lot of audience interaction, including some people joining him on stage to sing.
I've just been making time for what I can today, including plenty of stretches before I did another calisthenics workout. I used my own judgement as to what exercises to do, and ended up with four reps of:
Minute plank,
40 push ups,
19 jumping jacks,
15 crunches,
15 sit ups.
I've completed the April Indoor Workout Challenge on Strava!
I bought Mum a coffee in town this morning, and we went to a large department store later so I could buy some new clothes - mostly jeans/shorts - then we went out to a local pub for our evening meal. It seemed busier than usual, and our food took a while to arrive.
I'm just trying to practice self-kindness, not beating myself up because it wasn't practical to make it to Skimmington Ride's gig.
Incidentally, if you've followed this month's
Action for Happiness calendar, you'll notice that I didn't exactly address today's challenge. Well, I decided it was more apt for tomorrow, so swapped the last two around.
