I found a bunch of these trees in a landscaped plot right next to the Georgia World Congress Center. This plot was part of a walking tour and located right off the Andrew Young Blvd. I tried to locate it in Google maps but can't pinpoint the location.
The trees had a slender base covered with smooth bark. From the base there arose many branches all of which pointed upwards. At the end of each branch there were brown clusters that looked like they might have been star anise shaped. The trees did not have any sprouting leaves or flowers.
Any idea what I am talking about?
