Well.... my opinions as such....

Okay, the second part was very, very good, rather enjoyed however, it felt a bit rehashed in some of the elements.

1. Donna Nobles 'John Smith' Normal Life existance. However, Catherine's performance was spot on for me, she really poured her soul into the episode.

Good old Auntie Beeb, they do try there best and this time I think they got it. TSS/TPS has to be the best of the first of the series two parters. It was witty, the characters were on brilliant form and there was a storyline that you could really get to grips with.

A few little thoughts and opinions on Planet of the Ood, with some musings about Donna, Rose and the Doctor and the song that must end...

I liked Planet of the Ood - it was a very compassionate story with a lot of feeling and emotion being broadcast by the Doctor and Donna.

Donna Noble is going to be a hard companion to give up. Catherine Tate took a marvlous turn as Donna in this episode that almost moved me to tears when she begged the Doctor to go back for someone, and also, finally someone to rival his gob. I've waited ever so patiently for this, to listen to some of the greatest tracks on Doctor Who unbidden and without the pesky dialogue over the top, but aw well.
