I survived the phone interview I had yesterday! These things are stressful. x_x But I think I did pretty good. I spent some time reviewing material from a class that was on the same topic as the job. So, I'll be hearing by next week if they are interested in going forward with an on site interview.

I've been pretty busy the last few days.  I'm now in the interview process with two companies, one of which I have a phone interview with Tuesday morning.  I'm kinda nervous about that one, and I'll be reviewing some things from class over the next few days.

I've been working on making my own version of Kahlan's confessor dress so I've been studying different pictures to figure out just how everything on that dress would work. I thought others might find some of this useful, whether it's for their own costume or as a reference for fic ^_~.

So, AniMagic this year was very fun! There weren't as many people that I knew this year, but I got to hang out with some of the fun girls I met last year. I also met a girl Gin cosplayer that watches BuriMyu so we had some fun dancing around like dorks and fangirling over the guys. So, I went to the convention over the weekend!  I ended up only going on Friday and Saturday since I have two difficult tests this week and wanted to use Sunday to get work done.  However, my room was a complete disaster with clothes, costume, and sewing stuff thrown all over so I needed to clean that all up too so that there was actually a place ( Read more... )

I finally finished the last few things for my Rangiku cosplay!  While it's a fairly small part to the costume, I really like how the vice captain's badge came out.
