Today, I have to clean up the back room. All my stuff is piling up, and we don't have enough space for anything in there. No exercises for today. I went to bed last night around 3, then slept until 11 something, and then took a really long nap in the afternoon.. :/ Good news is the ball is working, 'cause my legs are a little sore, and so were my arms.

Today was a good day! I got to leave early from work and still get paid! For security reasons, you can't stay alone in the building, you always have to be 2 people. But because my co-worker called in sick, and the other departments all close at 10pm, then I would've been alone until 12am. I cheated a little bit during the weekend, as I wasn't home, and it was a little bit harder to maintain my diet. I sorta stick to the principals, though. My Huney had made some cookies just for me, so I ate a few of them. I drank coffee for the first time in a week, and it wasn't as good as usual. I don't know if it's because my body's purging all the toxins or whatnot, but I had a little stomachache afterward. I'll ask my counselor on Tuesday at my next meeting.
