SFL, starting week 3

I cheated a little bit during the weekend, as I wasn't home, and it was a little bit harder to maintain my diet. I sorta stick to the principals, though. My Huney had made some cookies just for me, so I ate a few of them. He wanted some fast food, so we drove to Mcdonalds twice and Wendys once during the weekend. I thought about having a grilled chicken sandwich, but then I thought about SFL, and I thought about what my counselor had told me: no alcohol and no restaurants. So I sucked it in, and made my own lunch while my Huney was eating yummy-but-oh-so-not-good-for-you-greasy fast food. I admit it, I stole a couple of fries. I also had a bite of his Mac wrap and of his Baconator, because I wanted to taste them. And what else. .. I guess that would pretty much be it. I don't think I drank all of my water too.

I worked 6 days in a row, and today was my day off. So I slept in, and got up at 1:30pm. It felt so good to sleep in! Then I got to SFL for my meeting and weigh in. I weighed myself this morning, and I got a 225.8. At SFL, I got a 226.5. So I guess I better go by their standards. So I lost 3 pounds this week, for a total weighed loss of 6.5 pounds! Woop woop!! So I guess I'll fallow their charts from now on. I mean, I'll keep on weighing in on my own, but I'll just count what they count as my final weight.

I went at Marden's today and bought an exercise ball for only $6! It comes with a DVD too. And I also bought some exercise pants. I know that SFL will put on some exercise time soon in my program, so I'm trying to be prepared. I wanted to go rollerblading today, but when I got back from Marden's, it was so gloomy and windy outside that I stayed in instead. I'm not very proud of that. I'll try to make up for it tomorrow.

Oh! And something new and exciting! Since the Olympics are coming, Primus has decided to do a 6 events Olympics at the center! So we have a weight loss competition going on. It started yesterday, and it's going up until the end of August. We don't have to give away our weight, but we have to calculate how much we loss in percentage. So my goal is to be 190 by the end of August, that means 15% of my body weight. The participants have been divided in 2 groups, the red and the yellow, and we will weigh in each Monday. They say they are working on some team posters for the event, and they're gonna put the most achieving person's percentage on the chart if the person is okay with that. I think that's pretty cool! I'm also happy that I have someone from my department in my own team.
