Today's weigh-in: 237.8

Today's exercise:
- 20 minutes of elliptical
- C25k week 1

Today's food:
Breakfast/Lunch: 2 english mcmuffins (homemade, including eggs, processed cheese, back bacon ('cause the store didn't have turkey bacon)), 2 hashbrowns, 1 glass of OJ
Supper: 2 pieces of veggie thin crust pizza, 1 yogurt
Snack: 1 pack of chocolate covered cranberries (350 cals), 1 string cheese
Late night food: 2 pieces of veggie thin crust pizza, 2 bud light lime

I *really* didn't do well on my food today. I felt like eating McD's, but I bought the stuff to do the mcmuffins at home instead. I felt like eating crap all day! I hated my job lately, and today sucked (last day of a 5th week of late night shifts) and I wanted a pick-me-up sorta thing, so I turned to comfort food, and I really shouldn't have. I came home, feeling sucky and tired, and I went for comfort again with the 2 remaining pieces of pizza. My Hun had bought beer this afternoon, and I was tempted to try the BL lime. I hadn't had a drink in a while so it wouldn't normally be that bad, but piled up with this food today, maybe it wasn't the best choice. *sigh* I still have 2 days before the Challenge starts, and 3 days before my weigh in. So I'll make better choices tomorrow (hopefully), and work my butt off at the gym tomorrow.

Speaking of the Challenge, I think I'll change my weigh-in day to Sunday instead of Monday, since the weigh-ins for the challenge will be on Sundays. The Challenge will held for I don't know how long yet, and will be a friendly competition between some of the members of 100pounds2lose . I'm not that competitive, but I like to see where I stand amongst others.

I'm tired. Hopefully I'll be able to sleep in tomorrow morning. I have a ton of laundry to do, and I should clean the backroom because it's full of my stuff that would need to be sorted out and put away.

Well, I'll read a few journals, and then to bed. 'Night!
