Survey of Sequential Art is pretty much the best class I have taken here, not gonna lie.

This...may be the most amazing and slightly disturbing thing I've ever randomly found a link to.

It does, however, gain points for what is definitely the most creative use of I Believe In Harvey Dent stickers I have ever seen.

A thing that I have noticed: when it comes to things that I enjoy on a fannish level-- say, a slashy TV show or movie--I become not interested in reading reactions to them that aren't on a fannish level. Oh my god, you guys, I don't--I don't even know. SOMEBODY STOP ME.

I've seen some pretty amazing variations--WHY SO SIRIUS? for Sirius Black, for example, or, my personal favorite, I Wish I Could Quit BEING SO SRS for Brokeback Mountain, but I suspect this one may, in fact, be the geekiest.

I take perhaps more pride in this than I should.

Okay, these Dark Knight PSAs are just about the most amazing things ever. (People say that a lot, don't they? Hyperbole: your bestest friend in all the world.) "Bike Safety" and "Herpes" gain extra points.

...also, this picture makes me perhaps unreasonably gleeful.

So I finally saw Dark Knight, and ooooh hey that's totally Thompson and oh my god that's Johnny Smith and I guess there was some other stuff in there too. Probably.

All kidding aside, it was a great movie, barring the unfortunate issues with women characters. It will be interesting to see if Heath Ledger gets any Golden Globe or Oscar noms--on one ( Read more... )
