so I have an interview for a new job this Thursday. I have my birth name on my resume, but I was going to tell them my preferred name. But I didn't know if I should say anything else reguarding my gender. As I am pre-t, I don't pass at all, so should I just leave it be? or do i say something? How should I go about this?

I've recently taken a new job that falls under the category of "hospital vendor". I'm required to provide my childhood vaccination records, which I don't have and would be in my old name anyway, or I can take a blood test that determines I have the relevant antibodies.
